I am a technology leader working across higher education technology, digital transformation, digital product development, and project management. I focus on developing digital solutions that support student, academic, and administrative processes, translating business needs into technical solutions, and aligning technology projects with institutional goals.
I currently serve as Digital Solutions and Projects Manager at Istinye University. My responsibilities include the management of enterprise applications, system integrations, data and reporting solutions, and digital transformation projects. I also work on the secure, sustainable, and measurable use of artificial intelligence, process automation, and data driven decision support systems in higher education.
Previously, I worked as Web and Mobile Projects Technical Manager at Ozyegin University. During nearly nine years at Koc University, I held several roles in project management, educational technology, and digital platforms. In my final role as Project Management Office Manager, I managed the IT project portfolio, project governance, institutional prioritization, and strategic alignment processes.
Earlier in my career, I worked across digital publishing, content management, web and mobile products, and digital marketing. At Changyou MoboTap, I managed content and localization activities for the Turkish market. At KLE Information Technologies, I led the development of TTNET Kitap, a multiplatform digital publishing product. At Maksimum Iletisim, I contributed to digital product, project management, and communication initiatives for brands including Nike, Adidas, FIBA Euroleague, AVEA, and Turkcell.
Alongside my academic work in quality management at Kent State University, I gained experience in web applications, IT infrastructure, network administration, and system support. I later completed an MBA at Koc University, combining my technology and project management background with strategy, finance, and business management.
In addition to my institutional work, I develop independent digital products such as PlanSoar, which helps universities manage complex course scheduling processes more efficiently. I use my experience in project management, higher education technology, artificial intelligence, optimization, and digital product development to create practical solutions for real world challenges.
Most recently, I served as Project Management Office (PMO) Manager at Koç University, one of Türkiye’s leading higher education institutions. In this role, I was responsible for portfolio management, project governance, and strategic alignment, ensuring that university-wide initiatives were effectively managed to support institutional goals. I led the development and implementation of project management frameworks, digital transformation strategies, and process optimization to enhance operational efficiency. Prior to this, I held leadership roles in engagement applications and educational technologies, where I managed digital platforms aimed at improving student, faculty, and administrative engagement within the college environment.
Beyond higher education, I have worked in technology, content management, and digital media. As Content Manager at Changyou - MoboTap, I was responsible for localizing and optimizing digital content for the Turkish market, working closely with business development, marketing, and technical teams. As Project Manager at Kle Information Technologies, I led the development of TTNET Kitap, a cross-platform digital magazine store and newsstand. My previous role at Maksimum İletişim AŞ. involved project and product management, digital marketing strategy, and social media campaigns for global brands such as Nike, Adidas, FIBA Euroleague, AVEA, and Turkcell.
Additionally, I have a background in quality assurance, API-centric web applications, and IT infrastructure management from my time at Kent State University, where I supported network administration and system maintenance.
